Coordinator of the post-graduation course in Labor Relations at the Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica do Paran\u00e1. Guest professor at the School of Labor Magistrature of the TRT (Labor Court of Appeals) of the 9th Region. Region, the Superior School of Law of the OAB\/PR, the Law School of Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, the Industry School &#8211; FIEP\/PR, and other higher education institutions.<br \/>\nDirector of the Labor Lawyers Association of Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Labor consulting in mergers and acquisitions, employee transfers, outsourcing, and benefit harmonization.<\/li>\n<li>Labor counseling in Administrative Law issues, acting in several public companies and mixed economy companies.<\/li>\n<li>Audits of labor practices and on matters of occupational medicine and safety aimed at identifying contingencies and reviewing procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Acting in the structuring and review of general policies, compensation plans, individual agreements, and contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in union negotiation and structuring of collective norms.<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in foreign labor hiring, as well as for expatriation of Brazilians, including issues related to work visas, remuneration, benefits, among others.<\/li>\n<li>Performance in audits and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Training<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paran\u00e1 (PUC-PR).<\/li>\n<li>Post-graduate in Labor Law from IAP-PR.<\/li>\n<li>Post-graduate in Labor Law and Procedural Law from Curitiba Law School.<\/li>\n<li>Master in Economic and Social Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paran\u00e1 (PUC-PR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>History He has been a member of the Hasson &amp; Advogados talent team since 1992.
