Our Team

History

A multidisciplinary lawyer with experience in medical, family, banking/financial, and insurance litigation. Currently, he is part of the Cosmetics and Pharmaceuticals team, active in civil litigation, especially in the area of Consumer Law, focusing on the defense of large companies. It stands out for its clear and objective writing.

He is not shaken by the unforeseen and always seeks new solutions, developing procedural strategies to obtain the best success and mitigate the risks of the lawsuits in which he acts. In parallel, he seeks knowledge in his areas of interest, such as Innovation, Management, and the Start-Up market. He is a communicative person, who likes to reinvent himself, learn new things, and share experiences. His great passion is Crossfit, besides his engagement with the social project “Bunekas”, which focuses on helping children and teenagers.

Training

• Post-graduate degree in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, and Social Security Law from the Escola da Associação dos Magistrados do Trabalho do Paraná – EMATRA/PR.
• Law Degree from Curitiba University Center – UNICURITIBA.
