He has extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and reviewing national and international contracts of low, medium and high complexity, as well as in the implementation of compliance and corporate governance routines, including adaptation to the General Law of Data Protection.
He has strong experience in civil litigation, acting both in the active and passive poles, in the most diverse state courts in all instances, on behalf of individuals or legal entities in the most varied spheres, highlighting the segments, medical, service provision, real estate (development, rental, purchase and sale, condominium), consumer relations (airline, telephone, traffic accident, educational, investment in cryptocurrencies), family relations (custody, alimony, divorce, paternity recognition), succession (judicial or extrajudicial inventories).
He also acts in the advisory, civil, and business areas, including the preparation and review of corporate documents, due diligence for analysis of business viability, among others.
Besides being a lawyer, she heads a social project called School of Angels, aimed at teaching needy children, in a playful way, basic notions about nature, healthy habits, spirituality, and love.
