Our Team

History

He has published several books and articles in the areas of Labor Law and Labor Procedure Law, civil liability, and fundamental rights. He is part of the editorial board of the legal magazines Bonijuris, Juruá Editora, Revista da Procuradoria Geral do Estado do Paraná, Revista Jurisvox, and Revista Direito do Estado em Debate.

He is a member of the Institute of Brazilian Lawyers, the Institute of Lawyers of Paraná, the Brazilian Institute of Social Law Cesarino Júnior, and the Rotary Club of Curitiba.

Training

• Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Paraná, Curitiba.
• Master in Private Law from the Federal University of Paraná, Curitiba.

Experience

• Attorney General of the State of Paraná – Attorney. Since 1982 – Retired in 2015. After being approved in a public competition of tests and titles, since 1982, having, by merit, become Attorney Class I (last grade of the career).
• Hasson & Advogados – Founding Partner. Since 1987 – Founding partner, specialist in the areas of labor law, private law, fundamental rights.
• OAB-PR – Counselor. 1989/1990 Biennium – Counselor of the 2nd Special Chamber.
• OAB-PR – Vice President of the State Commission for the Defense of Human Rights. 1989.
• Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná – Professor. From 1991 to 2014. Full professor at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, Master’s and Ph.
