Litigation and Administrative
- Acting all over the national territory and in all judicial spheres, following the process from distribution to filing;
- Acting before the Regional Labor Courts and Superior Courts, with presentation of briefs and oral arguments;
- Elaboration of administrative reports that meet the interests of the companies, with demonstration of results;
- Acting together with the MPT in all regions, aiming to avoid the filing of ACP;
- Acting before the MTE in defenses and appeals of Infraction Notices;
- ESG: Acting in the development of diversity policies, best social practices, and labor market inclusion. Training for qualification of managers aimed at preventing moral harassment at all levels within the work environment.
